Homes I've sold

My experience with real estate in Ontario has included the purchase and sale of 14 homes. I have also constructed a small 800 sq ft two story cedar log home on crown land at Big Gull lake in the Rideau lake district, without hydro power or land access./storage/file/december2005162.jpg

Six years later I added an 1860 circa log cabin, bought and dismantelled in Quebec and floated 4 miles up the lake, and installed and renovated using the old traditonal pioneer methods.

I have bought and sold and renovated the following homes; a new semi detached home on Merton Street, a detached two story new home on Merton Street, a detached two story 1930 home on St. Clair Avenue East, a detached three story with a legal basement rental apartment on Woodlawn Avenue east, an 1840 detached wood two story Farmhouse Main Street Markham, now designated a heritage home in a shopping centre, a Victorian two story brick home in Uxbridge, a modern 1950's style stone and wood ranch home in Ballantrae, a two story 1940 detached town home on Tennis Crescent Toronto, a renovated two bedroom terraced town home at Wilkins Avenue, a second terraced home at Wilkins Avenue, an 1880 three story semi detached Victorian home at Lawton Boulevard, renovated to its origonal structure a detached two story 1890 store front home on Ellerbeck St. Restored and designated an 1832 heritage Regency cottage at 519 Glengrove Avenue, an Edwardian 1890 town home on Walmer Road, completed a new detached three story home on Oriole Parkway, bought and sold a lot with architectural plans for a detached home on Merton Street.

In Vancouver, redecorated a townhouse on Gilford Street at English bay. Bought and renovated another townhouse on West 4th avenue in Kitsilano.

All of these homes, including a complete renovation of three office buildings for a graphic design studio, have given me a lot of real estate experience that will benefit all of my clients.
